Working within the following sectors to provide our clients with specialist temporary electrical services and installation of industry-specific equipment. Our mission is to deliver resilient, professional, well-engineered solutions to meet and exceed clients' expectations, often under demanding circumstances.
Construction industry presents many challenges to temporary utilities. Several of these revolve around the use of space and continuity of the building program. Offices and welfare arrangements may require all five essential services, which can present challenges if offices and site services are relocated several times during a project.
The work is completed without any significant utility provision breaks. Planning reworks of installations, and swift changeovers mean teams have to be well trained, well equipped and reliable in preventing build delays or costly penalties. Our construction site setup knowledge and in house stocks of special purpose equipment puts in prize place to deliver temporary utilities.
For commercial and high-rise construction projects. with unbeatable monthly rates on site-specific power generation lighting, distribution, communications, water pumping systems and fire protection equipment. This means our clients can get on with what they do best.
Our expert knowledge can play a significant role in event success, with clients regularly relying on us to provide design, consultancy, and staff training. Each event is different, some indoors, many outdoors, with the need for power and water at nearly every one. We have a get it right by design' first-time approach, which responsible organisers respect.
Our niche group of services have been in the background at many long-running successful events with recent new services, including event staff safety training and traffic management. Our extensive range of outdoor specific power, distribution and lighting is available for music events, winter markets or any seasonal event.
Buildings refurbishment or change of use may require an entire strip out. A recent example works in Chester four-story above a shop refurb into luxury flats. The project required upper floors complete strip off with all services disconnected and provided by temporary new identified services. This enabled operatives to start the strip with a part-occupied ground floor shop safely. Our team initially installed temporary power and lighting with water connection to the external welfare cabin.
We provide dust management in the form of H-rated air ionisation units with HEPA filters on each floor level and linked fire protection units and extinguishers. It's early days on this one but the contractor is putting the right gear to put workers' safety first. Phase two of our works will see the partially completed first floor being fitted out as site office and welfare. This is necessary due to the present rear yard being used to extend the building leaving no ground space for welfare facilities. We can provide from stock modular kitchens and re-usable sanitary ware, showers etc, to fit out washrooms, keeping costs down for the client and minimising waste.
